We want you to be confident in your subscription. This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for paid plans, which are billed annually in advance.
14-day money-back guarantee
If you are not satisfied, request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase by emailing billing@accessibilitywebsite.com. We will refund the full amount to your original payment method.
Cancellations
You can cancel anytime from your dashboard. Cancelling stops the next annual renewal. Your paid features remain active through the end of the current paid term—we do not prorate or refund the remainder of a term after the 14-day window, except where required by law.
Renewals
Annual renewals are charged automatically unless you cancel beforehand. We recommend cancelling before your renewal date if you do not wish to continue. If you were charged for a renewal you intended to cancel, contact us within 14 days of that charge and we will work with you in good faith.
